Help with logging on

Accessing our website new students

  • You need to register first before you can login to the Careers Service website.
  • You can choose to log in using Raven or, if you prefer, using a Careers ID and password which will be emailed to you after you register.
  • On the login page, use the left hand side to log in using Raven and the right hand side to log in using your Careers ID.

Logging into our website registered current students

  • Once you have registered, if you chose to access the site with your Raven login then use the left hand side of the login page. If you have any problems with your Raven login, you will need to contact the Computing Service.
  • If you chose not to access the site with your Raven login then use the right hand side to login using your Careers ID and password which were emailed to you after you registered. If you have forgotten this password, go to the forgotten password page where you can have your password automatically emailed to you. If you have forgotten your Careers ID, this is usually the part of your Cambridge email that preceeds the @cam.ac.uk (i.e. abc123 for someone with an address abc123@cam.ac.uk).

Logging into our website registered alumni

  • If your Raven login details have expired, you can continue to access the Careers Service website by keeping the same ID name and requesting a new password.
  • You must now use the right hand side of the login page to enter your ID name and password.
  • If you did not register while you were a current student, your Careers ID will either be your student CRSid or the permanent email address you gave in the registration form.
  • If you have not used the site for a while, you may have been removed from our database as an inactive user in one of our database tidying exercises. If so, we apologise - you can overcome this by re-registering on the alumni registration page.
