Solicitors Event

We met and spoke with a high volume of students during the course of this event. Overall, we were delighted with all aspects of the event. Thank you!


Description: Law and non-law students attend to find out about opportunities for work experience and training contracts.

Open To: This event is for solicitors, course providers, public sector and pro bono organisations, with two separate events hosted at the beginning of Lent Term for barristers and for law firms targeting postgraduate lawyers.

Cost: £1090 plus VAT. (Please read our booking terms and conditions).

Stand: 'Pop-up' OR 'banner' stands to be positioned behind table and chairs on your 3mx2m pitch (no shell schemes). If you wish to bring fixed structures please contact the events team in advance due to size/weight restrictions on the lift.

Representatives: Three representatives per pitch is the permitted maximum.

Extra Info: Wifi and electricity available. Lunch and refreshments provided throughout the event. The event takes place at the University Centre.

2017 Attendance Stats: 472 students attended, of these, 86 were postgraduates, 365 undergraduates (189 studying Law); 58% of attendees were female. Of the undergraduates 35% were final year students and 43% were penultimate year students. The main non-law undergraduate disciplines were History, Classical, Human, Social & Political Sciences, English and Natural Sciences.
