Advertising your vacancies at Cambridge

About your job

The Careers Service is pleased to offer a free job search service to employers.
  1. No log-in required; just complete the relevant online form below.

  2. We advertise graduate roles and internships/vacation work opportunities for undergraduates, postgraduates, alumni (with up to 2 years experience), post doctoral researchers and staff.

  3. The Careers Service may in their absolute discretion decline to accept an advertisement.

  4. Your vacancy will normally be published within 4-5 working days and we will only contact you if there is a problem.

  5. We are unable to include 'eligibility to work' statements in our vacancies

  6. Submit your vacancy at least 2 weeks before the closing date. Applicants need time to research the job and write a good application. During busy periods, it may take us a few days to get your advert online.

  7. When completing the online vacancy form please tick any events your organisation is interested in attending. Those who were invited in recent years will be invited automatically.

  8. If you provide your name or other personal data on the form be aware that, where indicated, this will be publicly available until the vacancy closing date, and for a further 3 years in our archive

  9. If you have any questions not answered here, please email vacancies@careers.cam.ac.uk and we will be happy to help. Please do not email jobs to this address.
