Politics Related, Think Tanks, Political Risk and Public Affairs

If your core interest is in developing and/or implementing public policy or working within government institutions you might consider exploring career options in the public sector, e.g. Civil Service, local government, Bank of England, the NHS, the police force or an EU institution. However, if you are interested in the political process, or are more concerned with influencing public policy, you might want to investigate working for: an MP/MEP or political party; a think tank; a campaigning organisation; public affairs consultancy; political risk consultancy, all of which are considered on these pages.
