For graduates

Career changers

Please use our online resources to help you think through career strategy ideas or plans for a career change.

You may find it helpful to activate your Handshake account and access our job vacancies and employer information.

Please note that we are not able to offer:

  • Extended career counselling or coaching
  • Advice on mid-career progression in the same field, given that our expertise lies in supporting current students and recent graduates

Alumni - keep in touch and help us provide a great service

15 months after completing your course you'll be asked to complete the Graduate Outcomes survey, so that we can gather your views. Please keep your contact information up to date.

Your experience can also help current students:

  • Share your interview or job experience feedback on Handshake
  • Use Handshake to offer advice and guidance about your career path and experiences to current students and recent graduates, in the 'Students' section.
  • Speak at a panel talk. Panels across a wide range of careers are key elements of our programme of careers events. Alumni speakers discuss and give insights about their profession. If you would like to do this please get in touch with us.
  • Post, or encourage your organisation to post, internships, vacation work placements and graduate jobs on Handshake.
